Machine Operator
Machine operator with punching experience in thin sheet metal processing (m/f/d)
Location: Ranjangaon, near Pune, Maharashtra, India
Start date: from 1 February 2026
We are a German company with decades of experience and expertise in thin sheet metal processing. For the establishment of our new production site near Pune (India), we are looking for a committed and experienced leader who will be responsible for the technical development of our sheet metal production.

Your tasks:
- Operation of the Trumpf laser punching combination (TruMatic7000)
- Responsibility for setting up, organising and training the local
- Ensuring product quality and production processes in accordance with German
standards - Technical support for laser-punch combinations, with a focus on punching, bending
and welding - Planning and control of production processes
- Close cooperation with management in Germany and local partners in India

Your Profil:
- Completed technical training in the metal sector
- Several years of practical experience in thin sheet metal processing
- Good English skills
- Technical understanding of related processes
- Knowledge of punching technology and bending processes
- Organisational skills, strong communication skills and intercultural competence
